FID BAUdigital – Specialised Information Service Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Studies

The Specialised Information Service BAUdigital was a DFG-funded project (2020-2023). It represented the fields of civil engineering, architecture and urban studies (urban planning) with a focus on digital methods and technologies. Together with NFDI4Culture, BAUdigital worked on improving research data management particularly of 3D data in the context of cultural heritage. Among others, the realised barcamps advanced new developments in this field as well as the collaboration with the community. After the end of the project, the platform of BAUdigital will continue to offer services for researchers in the relevant disciplines.
