In the next LOD working group meeting, we would like to discuss federated queries within NFDI4Culture. Federated queries are queries that look up data from multiple data sources at once using Sparql. For example, you could call the Culture Knowledge Graph from your own query interface to find out if any of the other NFDI4Culture data providers has more data about any painters in your database. Lozana Rossenova and Torsten Schrade will both share some federated queries from their work and we will discuss some technical specifics. Afterwards, we will try out some live queries together. We invite anyone who is interested in trying out federated queries within the 4Culture community as well as data providers that have open Sparql endpoints to take part in the meeting.
