As part of the Special Interest Group Buildings, a consortium-spanning lunch-to-lunch event on building reference and standard data will take place on 26–27 August 2026 at the TIB Hannover, involving partners from NFDI4Culture, NFDI4Objects, NFDI4ING, and other collaborators. The focus will be on practical use cases, workflows, and quality criteria for building data — ranging from Wikibase, Wikidata, and GND alignment to perspectives from research, archives, heritage conservation, and architectural collections. Immediately following, the annual meeting of the Federation of German-Speaking Architectural Collections will be held from 27–29 August 2026.
