The aim of the event is to identify the needs of the community in terms of research tools and data services in consultation with researchers and members of related disciplines.

The Community Forum "(Further) Development of Research Tools & Data Services in the NFDI4Culture" is organised annually by the task area "Research Tools and Data Services". The aim of the event is to identify the needs of the community with regard to research tools and data services in consultation with researchers and members of the various NFDI4Culture disciplines. Based on the forum results and a following analysis of the submissions, the Culture Steering Board will decide about the funding of the measures. The distribution of funds, in the form of Flex Funds, takes place at the beginning of the following year.
