NFDI4Culture Metadata API
Metadata of all resources as Linked Open Data
The NFDI4Culture portal offers all content as Linked Open Data over this RESTful API. The API implements the Hydra-Specification of the W3C Hydra Community Group. The semantic description of this API can be retrieved by clients via the Hydra documentation file (JSON). Each metadata record offered via this API can also be retrieved in one of following machine-readable LOD serializations. The API is the basis for the Culture Research Information Graph, which together with the Culture Research Data Graph forms the Culture Knowledge Graph (for more details see this presentation).

The Culture Community Authentication and Authorisation Infrastructure (CCAAI) is currently under development. Once completed, it will provide unified identity and infrastructure management (IAM) for members of the NFDI4Culture communities. The aim is to create a secure and user-friendly authentication and authorisation infrastructure that meets the needs of the NFDI4Culture communities and enables seamless access to a wide range of services and resources.
The development of the Culture Community AAI is a collaborative effort between the NFDI4Culture consortium and DAASI International involving the implementation of the didmos IAM software suite and its customisation to meet community requirements.
At the same time, the Culture Community AAI is the first implementation of an NFDI Basic Service, IAM4NFDI, by an NFDI consortium. It serves as a field test for IAM4NFDI policies and IAM in a heterogeneous consortium and particularly its small and medium-sized actors. As such, the Culture Community AAI will provide valuable insights and experience for the development of similar implementations by other consortia.
