NFDI4Culture Metadata API
Metadata of all resources as Linked Open Data
The NFDI4Culture portal offers all content as Linked Open Data over this RESTful API. The API implements the Hydra-Specification of the W3C Hydra Community Group. The semantic description of this API can be retrieved by clients via the Hydra documentation file (JSON). Each metadata record offered via this API can also be retrieved in one of following machine-readable LOD serializations. The API is the basis for the Culture Research Information Graph, which together with the Culture Research Data Graph forms the Culture Knowledge Graph (for more details see this presentation).

We cordially invite you to the next Linked Open Data Working Group meeting, where Linnaea Söhn, Jonatan Jalle Steller, and Tabea Tietz will present the new guidelines for integrating data into the Culture Knowledge Graph. This will be interesting for any researchers and data managers looking to contribute their data to the Culture KG.
The guidelines aim to support data providers from the NFDI4Culture communities in integrating their research data into the Culture Knowledge Graph. This graph serves as an overarching metadata index to connect research data from various domains and make them more findable. The guidelines explain how data providers can provide their metadata to integrate their research data into the graph and what specific aspects need to be considered.
We look forward to hearing your questions and comments on the guidelines and discussing them with you. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, 4th March at 3pm on Zoom. Contact Lucia Sohmen (lucia.sohmen@tib.eu) if you would like to join.
The Linked Open Data Working Group meets once a month. To stay up to date on all meetings, you can subscribe to the mailing list.
