NFDI4Culture Metadata API
Metadata of all resources as Linked Open Data
The NFDI4Culture portal offers all content as Linked Open Data over this RESTful API. The API implements the Hydra-Specification of the W3C Hydra Community Group. The semantic description of this API can be retrieved by clients via the Hydra documentation file (JSON). Each metadata record offered via this API can also be retrieved in one of following machine-readable LOD serializations. The API is the basis for the Culture Research Information Graph, which together with the Culture Research Data Graph forms the Culture Knowledge Graph (for more details see this presentation).

During the first funding phase, the team of the Cultural Research Data Academy offered a variety of courses, input lectures, and exchange meetings on the topics of research data management and data literacy. This resulted in the basic course “Research Data Management for the Humanities and Cultural Studies,” which is now available to all interested parties and, in particular, our 4Culture communities.
The free and reusable teaching and learning materials on research data management enable individual access to the topic. In some areas, the generic presentation is left in favor of subject-specific or media-specific additional modules and interactive learning units.
The open educational resource can be accessed via our Educational Resource Finder or directly via the following link (only available in German).
