NFDI4Culture Metadata API
Metadata of all resources as Linked Open Data
The NFDI4Culture portal offers all content as Linked Open Data over this RESTful API. The API implements the Hydra-Specification of the W3C Hydra Community Group. The semantic description of this API can be retrieved by clients via the Hydra documentation file (JSON). Each metadata record offered via this API can also be retrieved in one of following machine-readable LOD serializations. The API is the basis for the Culture Research Information Graph, which together with the Culture Research Data Graph forms the Culture Knowledge Graph (for more details see this presentation).

You are cordially invited to a workshop that focuses on the digital annotation of graphics from art and architectural history. As part of the GESAH+ project (digitization and exploration of a historical architectural archive), we would like to introduce you to the possibilities of the Antelope service, which enables simple and efficient annotation of data.
Some services of Antelope are available for free on a website, while other functions are only available when using Antelope via API or as an extension for Wikibase4Research (an NFDI4Culture service for managing research data).
The workshop will take place on November 12th from 10:00 to 12:00. We will introduce you to the functionalities of Antelope and demonstrate how you can use them for your own research using data from GESAH+.
On the agenda are:
* A brief introduction to the GESAH+ project and the use of Wikibase4Research
* A demonstration of the Terminology Search and Entity Linking functions of Antelope, as well as the possibility of testing the functions yourself
* A demonstration of the Image Annotation functions of Antelope, as well as the possibility of testing the functions yourself
* A discussion about the possibilities and limitations of Antelope for art historical researchPlease note that the workshop will be held in German. We hope that you will participate in this workshop and share your experiences and questions with us. Please register with Lucia Sohmen by November 5th if you would like to participate.
We look forward to your participation!
