Sustainability Framework Overview

The Sustainability Framework is a guide consisting of facilitated workshops
that empowers the NFDI4Culture teams to independently develop and operate services.

Our Sustainability Framework is a guide consisting of facilitated workshops and future self-learning videos (which are still to come). It empowers teams to independently develop and operate services and reduce decision-making risks. This helps the NFDI4Culture teams to make their services sustainable.

The workshop series consists of three phases to guide services from the initial vision to sustained operation. The goal is to maximize the added value for the target group and secure funding beyond the initial grant period.

The "Get ready" phase lays the foundation for the service, "Get optimized" promotes scalability and user-centricity, and the "Get sustainable" phase provides an excellent basis for long-term service sustainability.

Do you have a service you'd like to make sustainable? Just get in touch!
