NFDI4Culture Metadata API
Metadata of all resources as Linked Open Data
The NFDI4Culture portal offers all content as Linked Open Data over this RESTful API. The API implements the Hydra-Specification of the W3C Hydra Community Group. The semantic description of this API can be retrieved by clients via the Hydra documentation file (JSON). Each metadata record offered via this API can also be retrieved in one of following machine-readable LOD serializations. The API is the basis for the Culture Research Information Graph, which together with the Culture Research Data Graph forms the Culture Knowledge Graph (for more details see this presentation).

The Digital Humanities Virtual Laboratory Lab ("DHVLab", Digital Teaching and Research Infrastructure for the Humanities) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München has developed a modular teaching and research infrastructure within the project framework and for students of art, history and linguistics who are particularly concerned with methods of the Digital Humanities. This has resulted in detailed descriptions of manuals and use cases, including an introduction to the creation of an interactive map, illustrated by the example of a seminar on "Funerary Culture in the Early Modern Period". The course has been designed with specialist scientific staff and with the help of basic IT training with the aim of learning the basics of data acquisition and processing together with subsequent visualization and thus basic technical skills for application to issues in the humanities. These training projects are made available by the DHVLab for self-study.
